Recyclen

Ik ben al mijn werken, die ik niet meer goed genoeg vind,zo voor en na aan het recyclen of oppimpen. Ze liggen maar in de kast, dus kan ik er beter wat mee doen. Het valt niet mee, want ooit vond ik ze wel goed of tenminste redelijk. Nu denk ik: hoe kon ik ze goed genoeg vinden???
Het Pentimento werk dat ik nu onderhanden heb genomen, vond ik van het begin af aan te donker. Dus hier had ik niet zo’n moeite mee. Het zijn werkjes in een passe -partout van 13 x 18 cm geworden.

I’m pimping my work that I do not like anymore. Once I liked them, so it isn’t easy to decide which work I will pimp or not. They just lay in my chest, so I better can recycle them. It’s not that easy because once I thought they were pretty good. But now I think: how could I ever think they were good enough???
This Pentimento work was from the beginning to dark, but I knew what I had to do. They’ve became works in a passe-partout of 13 x 18 cm.
